Director
Will has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, delivering projects globally across various sectors, including infrastructure, commercial, and residential developments. He excels in sustainability, innovation, and decarbonisation strategies, advising businesses in multiple industries on reducing their carbon footprint.
For the past decade, Will has focused on energy reduction and Net Zero goals, integrating advanced technologies and sustainable practices to help businesses transition to a low-carbon economy and reduce operational costs.

Rob Beacham
Director
Robert, co-founder of Bistrot Pierre, has demonstrated strong commercial acumen and strategic oversight in the competitive restaurant industry, focusing on customer service and site selection. He championed renewable energy and efficiency within the group, adopting low-energy lighting and heat recovery systems. Leveraging his business experience, he founded Solvexa Green Energy, championing exceptional customer service and delivery.
His hospitality experience taught him the value of assembling the right team, a principle he continues with Solvexa Green Energy, collaborating with experts and suppliers to deliver the best for every client.

Sam Bagworth
Director
After his apprenticeship, Sam honed his skills in Australia with a company specialising in air conditioning and solar panel installations. Returning to the UK in 2018, he founded SS Electrical Solutions, overcoming challenges with determination. He pursued MCS certification to enhance his solar installation capabilities. By 2021, Sam focused on helping customers reduce energy bills and achieve independence from energy companies, and began focusing on the installation of solar panels, battery storage, and EV chargers.
As one of the founders of the company, Sam leads the installation division, emphasising customer service and tailored solutions, ensuring precision and long-term satisfaction.

John Whitehead
Director
John is the former CEO of a 900-person business with successful exit. Over the past three years, he has worked as a business consultant for a large Plc, overseeing the redevelopment of a 36-acre site in Nottingham. This project included a large indoor/outdoor entertainment and hospitality venue, as well as a fine dining restaurant by the canal. Prior to this, John co-founded the highly successful French brasserie chain, Bistrot Pierre, expanding it to 25 locations.
His extensive operational and business experience, coupled with his commitment to clean energy, makes him an ideal fit.
